Once we receive your return it will be processed within 14 days. Please note that we are unable to advise if and when it was received back until it is actually processed, but if you have sent it on our free returns service you can check the tracking information and it will be processed within 14 days of the date it was received by us.
Refunds
Refunds are credited to the original payment method once your return has been processed. This can take up to 14 days from the date we receive it.
Once processed, you will then receive an e-mail confirmation. From receipt of this email please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to credit your payment method.
Exchanges
If you have requested an exchange and the item is in stock we will ship it once your return has been processed. This can take up to 14 days from the date we receive it.
As soon as your new item is on its way to you, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number.
