UK RETURNS

We are pleased to offer a no quibble 28 day returns guarantee for any reason for a refund. Simply print off the returns paperwork and fill in the paperwork with the necessary details and send the items back to us. Returns 

For our UK based customers we have a free returns option available to you. Simply follow the instructions below:

Returned goods which are not faulty must be in their original packaging & be fit for re-sale and returned within 28 days of being received..

  1. Simply download a copy of the returns form here. Complete the form and send it along with your item(s).
  2. If you are in the UK, follow this link to generate your free Royal Mail returns label: https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/
  3. You can either print the label and attach it to your parcel, or take the parcel to your local Post Office along with the downloaded pdf, for posting.
  4. Your return will be processed within 14 days.
  • Please be aware that the platter tutu COTU0055, REVTHPL001 and REVTHPL002 are excluded from free returns due to the dimensions.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We are pleased to offer a no quibble 28 day returns guarantee for any reason for a refund. Simply print off the returns paperwork (downloaded a copy here) and fill in the paperwork with the necessary details and send the items back to us. Parcels being returned from outside the UK must be clearly marked on the box as ‘Goods being returned to the UK’. From the 1st January 2021 this also includes EU countries. Any customs charges incurred by Dance Direct due to a parcel not being clearly marked will be passed on to the customer and deducted from the corresponding credit.

Please contact your local customs authority to claim back customs fees paid if you are returning items for a refund or an exchange.

Send your parcel to us at the Returns Address below. Take your parcel to your local postal office. We advise all customers to send items back on a tracked service and that you obtain proof of postage.

Your return will be processed within 14 days.

NEED AN EXCHANGE?

We will be happy to exchange items for all our customers within our returns policy period. If you do need an alternative item please complete the returns form with details of the product you would like to receive instead and we will process your request as soon as possible. If the new product is of a lower value we will refund the difference back to the card or PayPal used for the original purchase. If the new product is more expensive we will contact you for further payment details before we can despatch. Please ensure we have up to date details so we can contact you by telephone.

OTHER INFORMATION

WHICH ITEMS AM I NOT ABLE TO RETURN?

Where a product has a hygiene sticker warning that the product cannot be returned once the sticker is removed, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal is broken except in accordance with legal rights. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to exchange or credit hats, wigs or underwear even if returned unworn. Tights and underwear may not be returned once opened unless they are faulty. CDs, DVDs and toiletries are also non-returnable.

WHAT IF SOMETHING IS FAULTY?

We are never pleased to hear that any items received are faulty, damaged or were incorrectly shipped. All of our products are scrutinised prior to despatch however if, on the rare occasion, something isn’t as it’s supposed to be, please contact us by email or telephone to let us know. We will ask for the product to be returned under our normal returns procedure within 28 days from the despatch date and will be happy to exchange it for the same item or issue a full refund along with the postal cost.

WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND OR A CREDIT NOTE?

All returns where an exchange is not requested will be refunded to the credit/debit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase as soon as possible, in any case within 14 calendar days from receipt of goods returned.  This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Please Note: We will only refund original postage costs in the event of an error by Dance Direct, or in the case of faulty goods.
